Target Audience

A one day programme designed to help individuals to develop their assertiveness skills and feel happier about the way they handle situations and people.

Objectives:

By the end of the workshop delegates will:

  • Develop confidence to deal with a wide range of people including senior colleagues, team members and professionals from other disciplines, customers, friends and family members

  • Handle conflict with tact and diplomacy

  • Communicate effectively and establish requirements

  • Learn the 3-step model to assertiveness, fogging techniques, discrepancy assertion and how to say no

  • Feel happier about the way they deal with potentially difficult situations
