Target Audience

A stand alone qualification for practicing managers who work, or who aspire to work at middle management level. Typically such a work role would involve responsibility for a department or unit and the associated planning, decision-making, controlling, monitoring and people management.

Primary Aim

To assist individuals in gaining and developing the knowledge required by a middle manager.

2 day residential weekend covering induction, managing individual development, understanding the management role.

1 mandatory and 2 optional units
