ILM Level 3 Award in Management:
Target Audience
New, aspiring and practicing first line managers who wish to gain a nationally
recognised qualification and develop their people management skills.
Five days of workshops covering communication skills, managing performance,
leading individuals and teams, training and coaching, achieving objectives
through effective time management, delegation skills and business
improvement techniques.
Summary of Learning Outcomes
At the end of the programme learners will:-
