ILM Level 5 Award in Management

Target Audience

A stand alone qualification for practicing managers who work, or who aspire to work at middle management level. Typically such a work role would involve responsibility for a department or unit and the associated planning, decision-making, controlling, monitoring and people management.

Primary Aim

To assist individuals in gaining and developing the knowledge required by a middle manager.

Course Outline

Seven interactive workshops and tutorial support.

Out of course work includes three assessments as follows:-

  • 2000 word work-based improvement assignment and presentation
  • 1500 word assignment - Understanding the management role
  • 1500 word assignment and workbook - Managing individual development

All delegates receive a business coach to support them throughout the programme.
