Target Audience
Delegates will be asked to complete a short questionnaire prior to attendance which will generate a behavioural profile that will be handed out at the workshop.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the programme learners will:
- Have learnt how to blend and modify behaviour to strengthen relationships with others
- Recognise behaviour types through tone of voice, pace of speech, key words and body language
- Understand own and other’s behaviours, values and attitudes
