This programme is designed to help aspiring and practicing first line managers lead with clarity, confidence and purpose. Across five practical, engaging workshops, participants will explore what it truly means to lead a team - from communication, problem solving, motivation to performance management and coaching. Every session builds capability, self-belief and practical tools that can be applied immediately back in the workplace.

Assessment & Support
Learners will be given full support by a management coach throughout the 5 day programme to achieve the 2 out of course work-based assessments. Successful completion leads to the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management.
