Target Audience

For anyone who would like to learn how to design and deliver effective training sessions. This will be particularly useful for new trainers or anyone who finds that part of their role is to develop others.

Aim of Programme

This three day programme gives people the opportunity to explore and develop the skills required to deliver effective training sessions. The emphasis is on helping learners to learn through a range of activities in a relaxed and enjoyable way. On successful completion delegates will receive the ILM Train the Trainer Endorsed Award.
